USC can afford to buy Carol Folt a tony Santa Monica house for 86 million. Starting this summer she will be the first woman permanently to lead the university. Folt serves as the twelfth president of the University of Southern California. Folt will become the University of Southern Californias 12 th president the USC Board of Trustees announced today.
